Phil Lambert is San Diego Bird Alliance's Resident Manager at the Silverwood Wildlife Sanctuary. Phil has lived on the property for over 15 years and knows every bird, plant and mound of dirt in the nearly 800 acres. Resident and returning migratory birds know Phil, too.
