Please note that we have an additional vending opportunity which is especially well-suited for local vendors.
Weekend Vendors
We have additional exhibitor space in the Dockside, Nautical room, and Courtyard spaces on March 1 and 2, 2025 the Saturday and Sunday of the festival.
Exhibitors in these areas must satisfy the following criteria:
1) Your product or service must have direct impacts on one of the major threats to birds: habitat loss, pesticides, collisions, run-ins with domestic pets.
2) Your message clearly communicates that alignment with your mission (even if it is not focused directly on birds) can make a difference for birds in their day to day lives.*
3) Your display contains interactive elements (preferred but not required)
*Examples of this may include but are not limited to sustainably grown coffee and chocolate, recycling programs, environmental justice programs, groups that offer environmental education, photography and art, and organic native plant care products. Indoor vendors can sell, outdoor vendors can distribute information.
For-profit organizations $200
Non-profit organizations $100.
All outdoor booths include one skirted 6 ft table and 2 chairs. We recommend you bring a shade canopy. Electricity is not available in our outdoor space, but we have an indoor exhibit space for those who need electricity. In case of rain, there are indoor spaces that will be made available.
Exhibit Hours 10-5 on March 1, 10-3 on March 2.
