Zachary Engberg
Zachary is a Bay Area native and graduated with a Bachelor's in Journalism from San Diego State. He recently moved back to San Diego and completed an AmeriCorps fellowship with the Promise Zone supporting grant-funded community-based programs in Central and Southeast. He is a 2025 Earth Advocate working on the Tree Care for Birds campaign, a Native Seed Librarian, a City of San Diego Tree Steward, and is pursuing an Arborist certification.
